    The Committee on Natural Resources moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Com. Sub for House Bill No. 3020--A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §20-9-1, §20-9-2, §20-9-3 and §20-9-4, all relating to boat dock and marina safety; providing definitions; requiring compliance with minimum electrical standards; requiring warning signs; and providing admissibility in civil actions.
